If your employment has ended before the fund's latest valuation date, but you are unable to withdraw your entire fund units during the withdrawal declaration period, please proceed as follows:
Check the valuation date: You can see the fund's valuation date in the portal under 'Dashboard' under the heading 'Balance sheet value (xx.xx.xxxx)'.
Note the schedule: The withdrawal declaration period typically begins approximately 2–3 months after the valuation date. By this time, your employment information will also have been updated in the member portal.
Contact the Helpdesk: If you are still unable to withdraw the entire share, please contact the Helpdesk to resolve the matter.
