If you have been notified of your resting membership and wish to take the opportunity to remain in the fund as a resting member, you must submit a notification in the member portal during the withdrawal notification period.
Requirements for resting membership: To continue as a resting member, you must take one of the following actions during the withdrawal notification period:
- Submit a 0-withdrawal notification, meaning you do not withdraw any funds.
- Withdraw a maximum amount of your fund units that would be available to you if your membership continued normally.
How to submit the notification in the portal:
- Go to the top menu and select My Plans.
- Select Personnel Fund from the sub-menu.
- Locate the heading Withdrawals from the personnel fund.
- Click the Edit button to the right of the heading.
- Specify your desired withdrawal amount or make a 0-withdrawal notification and confirm your choice.
Confirmation of notification: Once you have successfully submitted the notification, you will receive a confirmation via email, provided that you have added your email address to your personal information in the member portal.
Note: If no withdrawal notification (0 euros or maximum withdrawal) is made, the entire fund share will be paid out after the transfer day and on the fund's next payment day.
