You can find the account currently set as your external bank account from the Incentive Portal - Accounts page under My details. You can change your external bank account from here.
To change the account click the "Actions" and "Change External Bank Account" button next to the external bank account, fill in the requested information, download the form, print it and sign it by hand.
Please upload the signed form and a copy of your passport on the File uploads (upload new file) page to request a change of your external bank account. The new external bank account can be seen from the My details page once the change has been processed by Evli Bank.
