If you are encountering issues when attempting to log in to the Incentive Portal, please first verify that you are accessing the correct website (https://incentive.online/COMPANYNAME). The login procedure varies depending on your chosen login method:
Username & password: Your username should be a sequence of 7 digits. If you have forgotten your user codes, please press the ‘’Forgot password’’ link on the login page and continue by typing in your email address. New user codes will be sent to you via secure email.
Login with company credentials (SSO): For those using SSO (Single Sign-On) login, please ensure that you are connected to the company's network, as this is a prerequisite for the SSO functionality to operate correctly.
Incentive Online ID: For those using Incentive Online ID, please enter your user name and confirm your login using the Incentive Online mobile app.
Banking codes: Log in using your online banking credentials.
