How do I navigate in the Incentive portal?

The Incentive portal is a channel for managing the incentive schemes provided by your employer.

The Dashboard gives you an overview of how your incentive holdings are doing, and lists items that require your attention (such as new incentive instruments granted to you). On the right side of the page, you will find items that require your immediate attention (such as pending tasks) as well as upcoming events, such as reward payment dates or deadlines for withdrawal notifications.

In My Plans, you can see all incentive instruments that have been granted to you, follow their development and make transactions on them.

Evli Custody is visible in case you have a book-entry account in Evli for your incentive programs. At this page you can find your holdings, execute sell orders, and make cash transfer requests. Under this section you can also fins quarterly- and annual reports from Reports and details on any Transaction history

The Documents section shows everything you might need to look back on: holder generated reports and other materials and documents related to your incentive holdings.

To change the language of the portal, click on the language in the right upper corner next to your name, and choose your desired language from the drop-down menu. 

Update your personal and contact information in the My Details section. To ensure smooth communication and the correct processing of your payouts, please verify that your email, phone number, bank account, and tax details are always up to date.
